Black Crystal Homes was founded, based on the need for both luxury and moderately priced quality single-family residential homes. Utilizing new construction approaches and engineering techniques, patented in the United States based on international building codes, Black Crystal Homes hope to be able to satisfy the demand for both luxury and moderately priced homes in both developed and developing countries of U.S. A, Europe, Canada, and Africa --especially the West African countries of Ghana, Liberia, Benin and Nigeria, where we can quickly gain the reputation of producing high quality, energy efficient custom homes that are built with pride and excellence. With the objective of becoming a global leader in customized residential homes, we hope to target medium to high income families in need of homes. Our resolve is to focus on quality homes and deliver uncommon quality customer service aimed at the company’s bottom line of performance excellence in anticipation of great return on our investments.  In the near future, we plan to open offices in London, England; Toronto, Canada; Lagos and or Abuja in Nigeria. The international part of our operations will have greater potential for profit, and we hope to gain significant share (15%) of the residential single-family home construction market in Africa especially in Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria within the next 5 to10 years; and 29 percent or more in each of the rest of the West African countries.

Black Crystal Homes provide this information to attract potential and future home buyers with taste for quality and luxurious homes. We are glad to introduce the public to our construction operations –especially our future development plans involving construction, and development of residential subdivisions and neighborhood housing stocks locally and in various parts of the world.

Our current planned single family residential subdivision development will consist of moderate to high  income luxury custom homes built with sustainable energy and other necessary amenities (such as solar electric power, natural gas lines, community potable water tanks, independent sewage and storm water treatment and drainage system, etc)  It will consist of 250 to 550 units of self sufficient  state-of-the-art residential housing units that could be built over time as part of a “town village” concept. It will vary from 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ to 3 baths with 1 or 2 living areas, and a minimum of one car garage with decent yards (including spacious front and rear yard with proper sides setback) for children to play. These planned development (PD) residential single family subdivision development neighborhood will bring pride and integrity to our resident home owners and the local communities in the build area.

 

Black Crystal Homes always seek undeveloped properties that could be developed for the good of a community. The undeveloped property could be inside or outside a Rural or Urban Center boundary (RCB or UCB). Depending on site suitability conditions, adjacency proximity to major highways or roadways, existing residential units, and or employment industrial centers; we plan to provide parks, library, schools, and local shopping centers where necessary with suitable sustainable energy, modern utilities and other infrastructures. Our plan is to integrate private residential development plan with the local economic development and growth management plans.
